Ensior & High Performance Organisation - Ensior equals quality. In this context Ensior participated last May in a High Performance Organization examination to gain insight in our quality and to further improve our services.
The HPO survey is scientifically supported by research of Andre de Waal, well known expert in the area of HPO organizations and is performed by the HPO Center. Through questionnaires and interviews with employees of Ensior, a plurality of information was analyzed. The results were very good: Ensior has high scores on areas such as management quality, long term vision and action based approach. On average, Ensior has the best scores of all participating IT companies.
