Human dimension is essential for dashboards - During the Heliview BI conference in January Ensior consultant Ton Nagelhout gave a presentation on "Dashboarding and the human dimension".
He stressed the importance of the human perspective in the design of dashboards. From other disciplines than BI he showed interesting and sometimes surprising clues. He showed how human psychology affects the success of a dashboard.
