Performance is continually measured, monitored and analysed. But there is more to it than merely measuring performance. Organisations are confronted with changing markets and new insights that demand adjustments to the strategy and objectives. The entirety of processes, methods, systems and measures used maximise organisations performance is known as Performance Management.

After the initial determination of the strategy and objectives, there are three steps that are carried out cyclic, with a fundamental question for each. The first one is “How am I doing?”. The second is “Why am I in this situation?”. The third is finally “What do I have to do?”.

They combine BI expertise with knowledge of planning, budgeting and forecasting, so that they can help you improve your performance significantly and translate your strategy into the desired results.
