The right diagnosis, thanks to smart BI - The Rijnmond general practitioners’ centre (Huisartsenposten Rijnmond or CHPR), one of the largest GP groupings in the Netherlands, needed a better insight in the business operations at its GP centres.
Although the operational systems were working satisfactorily, they lacked an overall picture of the business operations. Ensior had the solution: a BI environment based on SAP BusinessObjects.
