Management Team

The management of Ensior consists of three founders of the company. The team enables the company for further growth, with a focus on reliability and quality. Pictured below, from left to right Edward Ammerlaan, Laurent Koelink and Sander Honig.

Edward Ammerlaan: Financial Manager
In 1997 Edward Ammerlaan obtained a Masters degree in Technology and Management at the University of Twente.

Following his study he has worked for the technical conglomerate Stork in various process and management functions. After his employment with Stork he was active as a CRM Consultant for 4C Consulting, where he helped telecom industrial companies with the improvement of their customer processes. As co-founder and partner of Ensior, Edward held the function of Financial Manager. Where necessary Edward also functions as a senior Business Intelligence consultant and project manager.

Edward's current focus is directed towards the creation of value by the implementation of suitable BI systems. The implementation of these systems is only a means, however powerful, to help achieve the strategic goals of the organisation.

Laurent Koelink: Operational Manager
Laurent Koelink has been active in IT since 1995 and since 1998 in the area of system and data integration and DWH/BI. He has held various national and international functions with software suppliers and several commercial service providers. During the last ten years Laurent has gained wide experience within a great variety of branches and organisations in several roles (design, implementation, (project) management and consultancy) with the implementation of Business Intelligence solutions in the areas of IT service management, CRM, HR, financial management, corporate performance management, BPM etc.

Following his Management Computer Science study in Utrecht, Laurent has remained fascinated by the manner in which optimisation of the deployment of information services can contribute to improved operational management and improved operating profits. A career in Business Intelligence was then an obvious choice as a specialist in the area of DWH, BI and BPM.

Since the establishment of Ensior in 2002 Laurent has been active within the daily management of Ensior and in that capacity is also closely involved with the projects that Ensior carries out for its customers. As operational manager Laurent is among other things responsible for the quality of the services at Ensior's customers and for HRM.

Sander Honig: Commercial Manager
Sander Honig (1960) is the commercial engine behind Ensior. After his study at the International Hotel Management school in the Hague in 1984 he has since filled many sales & marketing functions in the hospitality sector (Hilton, Holiday Inn), financial services (Visa) and ICT services (ICL, 4C Consulting).

Sander is the face to the market with an open character and a natural instinct for honest long-term relationships. With both the customers and partners of Ensior! He already has nine years experience in the sales and marketing of Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse consultancy services. His ambition is for Ensior to grow into a major BI specialist, known for its reliability and quality, always putting the customer first.
