Delivery Model

Ensior Formula - Delivery Model

Time and again, Ensior projects have benefited from the strength of a consistent  approach with a structure of sequential deliverables and a set of well-documented templates. The Ensior project approach provides clarity and transparency for all those involved, while remaining pragmatic.

Concrete, client-oriented delivery dates with fixed deliverables in addition to unambiguous agreements about the project approach make sure that everyone's expectations are met.

Iterative development methods centred on a cycle, such as Kimball's Business Dimensional Life Cycle model, form the central theme in the Ensior delivery model

All deliverables have to satisfy predetermined requirements and they are reviewed by both the client and Ensior's consultants. The Ensior deliverables are also evaluated against QA requirements by a second Ensior consultant rather than by the developer. This lets us guarantee quality and process continuity.

We are able to check any choices made and do our developing in close contact with the end user by making considerable use of prototypes and discussing them with the client. This requires the end user to be actively involved, giving feedback at the earliest possible stage. Prototyping is a proven method for achieving the desired result as quickly and reliably as possible.
